Serengeti Springs is a great place to live! They really take pride in the property and it is always well kept. The office staff is GREAT!! Every time I would call or stop in they always acknowledged me by name. They are friendly and helpful. They do fun activites like have movie nights where they set up a big screen outside and you lay on the lawn and watch a movie under the stars. My husband I and just purchased a house and recently moved out. I had to go back to get a few things and as I walked into the townhouse I was overcome with so many great memories from living at Serengeti Springs, I will miss living there. We still had a couple months left on our lease and as I was trying to find someone to take over our lease the office staff was wonderful in helping me. THANK YOU SERENGETI SPRINGS !!!!

Great place to live. Staff is very friendly. Love having the playgrounds so close it makes it easy being a stay at home mom.

I think these are some splendid apartments. Ideally sized for a bachelor or couple starting out. The rent is quite reasonable as well.

I enjoy living at Serengeti Springs. The office staff are amazing, they are always friendly and honestly care about your living experience. Nephi has even come over after hours to help me restart my waterheater when it went out. The ground are spacious, both basketball courts are kept clean and the grounds are well kept. The residents are very good about picking up after dogs, kids, and taking trash all the way out to the trash bins. This is a very family oriented community. Most afternoons kids will be outside riding bikes, playing on the playgrounds, or at the child care play place. In 3 months I have only had to ask once for the kids to stop playing basketball because it was late. Most familys are considerate and understand the quiet hours. My neighbors are great I don't hear them 99% of the time. The buildings are well built, the walls are thick and all of the appliances work correctly.

It's really relaxing living here. They have the nicest staff I've ever met.

I felt at home here the first time I visited. The office staff is cheerful, helpful, and remembered my name and who I was. I am always greeted by name and with a smile everytime I enter the leasing office. Very nice neighbors. The children i have met are friendly and respectful. I love my new home here at Serengeti Springs.

We have noisy neighbors

We are thoroughly impressed with this apartment community. We are in a townhome. If the neighbors are being extremely loud, you can hear just thuds through the walls, but it is a far far cry from those paper thin walls in most apartments. The layout of the townhome is great, with the living downstairs, and the sleeping upstairs, with the exception of a small third bedroom/office room off the living area downstairs. It would be nice to have a somewhat larger bathroom in the townhome (some of the apartments have larger bathrooms though). The patio is nice in that it is fully enclosed by a privacy fence/wall, although it would be nice if it were larger, or maybe extended on out past the window of the downstairs bedroom. Also it is completely open to the weather, so it is impossible to use when it is raining/snowing/windy. Once you get a small table and a couple of chairs on the patio, there is not much room left which is sometimes aggravating if you have children. Maintenance is usually always on top of things. If it is a very urgent matter, in our case, they showed up at our door within half an hour. Other times, it may take a day or so, but you just have to understand the number of units that they are responsible for taking care of and accept it may take them until the next day to get there if it is not urgent. I have never had any problems with the office staff. They are all wonderful people and always smiling and ready to help. Our child is wonderfully happy living here which makes us happy to live here. There are 3 playgrounds, a pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, sledding hills, and even an on site child care facility. The children use the volleyball court above our townhome for playing in the sand and building sand castles and such...and there are a LOT of children that live here which is such a wonderful thing. I can honestly say I have never seen our son happier than he has been since we moved here. I have found it to be a VERY SAFE and VERY SATISFYING place to live, and we look to be here for a long time to come!

It's quiet believe it or not! The people that lives here really do abide by the 10pm - 7am quiet time rule :) and it's peaceful out here.

It's a place you can call home and feel comfortable living because the management and staff will take care of you.

It's a nice, quiet, and pleasant complex with a great management staff and decent neighbors for the most part.

I love the apartment complex. I love my apartment- it's large and works well for my family. My kids love to play outside and I feel safe when they're outside playing. My kids often leave their bikes outside and I never have to worry about it being stolen. My only complaint is management should talk to you in person if there is an issue rather than leaving a note on the door even when you're home.
